The Welcome Committee has an important purpose at our church. As anyone who has visited an unfamiliar church, receiving a warm welcome is the first step in our desire to come back again. Making visitors and members feel welcome is the main purpose of the Welcoming Committee. If you enjoy greeting visitors and members, there is a place for you. It is a great way to meet other church members and visitors. (You can be a greeter, but do not have to be a member of this committee.)
A second purpose of the Welcome Committee is to plan, organize and carry out the annual barbeque at the end of July and the Christmas Party in December. We meet once a month to plan our activities. If you can serve, contact Isabell Durland or Lucy Armstrong
