Kristina has been a part of our church family and a member of our church for over 23 yrs. She started volunteering here in 2000 helping with the youth group, children’s Sunday school, leading youth worship team, care taking in the nursery, helping at retreats and various camps in our PNW conference, and helping with many other tasks throughout the yrs. Not only at the church and but also in our community. She is very familiar with the day to day operations of the church which helped her to be able to jump right into things when she officially started here this May. She is a joy to have working in the office. She makes everyone feel welcome and loves to help. She pays close attention to detail when creating bulletins, newsletters, emails, Facebook posts, updates to the church web page and other publicity for Stanwood UMC. She manages the mail, calendars, phone calls, room rentals, meeting notes, office supplies, and any other tasks that may come her way. When she is not in the office, you can find her out in the community visiting with family and friends, walking her dogs, volunteering for Youth Dynamics (The Spot) and women’s football and basketball teams, cheering for her child and friends in their sports activities and helping in her child’s school. We are thankful to have her as a part of our staff.
