This Lent we are starting a series of worship and Lenten series called, “Listen” Each Sunday’s topics are from Dr. Marcia McFee and the Worship Design Studio which features ways to listen for the “still, small voice” within us, in worship as well as in spiritual practices outside of worship. The Lenten worship services will incorporate prayers, litanies, various musical selections in each Sunday’s service up until Easter. The themes will include:
March 8 Hearing that Still Small Voice and Finding our Own
March 15 Finding a Word: Listening to the Texts
March 22 Finding Your Power: Listening for Healing
March 29 Finding Your Mystic: Listening Beyond the Voices
April 5 Finding your Purpose: Listening to Your Heart and Your Own Still Small Voice
