15th at 11:30AM – United Methodist Women Meeting – The UMW December meeting is going to be a potluck lunch in Wesley Hall. There will not be a program this month. Instead, we will be having Christmas carol singing (and we might have special music accompanying). All ladies who attend Stanwood United Methodist Church are welcome. Feel free to bring your significant others!
22nd at 2:00PM – Blue Christmas Service – Wesley Hall. “Blue Christmas” will be held this year on Wednesday, December 22nd at 2PM. This worship service is for those experiencing grief and other personal pain. During this season of joy and celebration, many who are dealing with the loss of a loved one, family crisis, health or financial issues, may not feel the joy in the holidays. This service acknowledges their loss while also being a time of reflection and remembrance.
24th at 9:00PM – Christmas Eve Candle Lighting Service in the Sanctuary. The 9:00pm service is a traditional service. There will be special music by the Chancel Choir.
26th at 10AM – Worship Service and Christmas Carol Sing-along – Wesley Hall. We’ll enjoy cookies and cocoa. All are invited!
