Puget Sound Public Farms has officially broken ground on their project at our church! If you’re interested in lending a hand, please reach out at www.pspfarms.org. Ash Wednesday derives its name from the practice of blessing ashes made from palm branches blessed on the previous year’s Palm Sunday, and placing them on the heads of participants. It is the beginning of the season of Lent—a time for reflection and renewed devotion to God.
